Alive Fitness Offers One Free Month Of At Home Workouts For Locals

Kelsey Davidson, founder of Alive Fitness, offers home workout videos delivered by the Alive Fitness app. This interactive experience involves a series of 20-30 minute workouts that are guaranteed to make you sweat. Curated with the busy individual in mind, each session maximizes time and effort to make the most of your experience.

Alive Fitness also offers personal training, and fitness, business, and lifestyle coaching. Accountability is the name of the game, and Kelsey ensures you stay motivated with check-ins, answers to any of your fitness and wellness questions, and custom program creation.
